I attended Haman Elementary’s Hard-of-Hearing/Deaf program, which empowered me greatly. Through small group instruction, speech therapy, assistive listening devices, and classroom adaptations, I was able to thrive at school. All of these benefits continue to support me today. Many students all across California attend Haman to receive the support I did when I was younger.
